Daily Acts of Self-Care

Low-Budgeted Weekly Acts:
§  Buy some flowers for your home or table, and replace them weekly.
§  Slowly sip a cup of tea or coffee at your favorite restaurant.
§  Buy a bar of delicious, organic chocolate, and do it on a daily basis when you wish it.
§  Share a meal together with your favorite friends at least once a week.
§  Have a picnic.
§  Take a yoga class.
§  Go out for little adventure like rock-climbing, drive somewhere new, attempt one thing new and exciting.

Activities needed in a month
§  Get a massage for around our or more.
§  Get a facial.
§  Buy a wonderful new outfit, which matches your body and causes you to feel attractive.
§  Go out for dinner.
§  Get out of city a minimum once a month.
§  Book a photograph shoot, either skilled, or with a friend. Dress up, style your hair.
