Healthy diet is the basic factor that can benefit your body and mind which leads you towards healthy physical and mental health. You must give priority to the healthy food in your life. Junk and fast food have a very bad impact on your body, mind and health overall, so try to avoid such food and ahead towards healthy meals. Fish:  It is medically approved that taking 4 ounces of fish on weekly basis, it could be fatty fish, salmon, mackerel, rainbow trout and sardines all such kinds of Fish have ability to drop off  the risk of Heart diseases up to 36%. According to Ralph Felder M.D Ph.D, he said that Omega-3 in fish is very much helpful for reducing the chance of clogged arties and improve the working of flow of blood towards brain. You can also add them in your cooked food as it said that almonds and nuts are part of meals for king.
