Choosing the Right Sweatshirt for Custom Embroidery

Sweatshirts are in fashion now a day; customers are demanding them in every season. Consumers are more conscious about fabric, its density and other contents. Sweatshirts are popular because of embroidery or screen-printed logo; it could be any image or character. Such embroided logo raised the demand of sweatshirts, its color combination and other fabric material used in it.
Few things are important when that must be kept in mind about embroidery sweatshirts. The designs and fittings of the shirts have been changed since long time ago. Consumers prefer cotton based fabric with combinations or blend of polyester to make it strong, soft and retain its shape. There are different weightage of cotton and polyester like some have 80/20, 90/10, 95/5. There is also 50/50 ratio of cotton and polyester but that’s not of good quality hence not in demand.
Embroided stuff can be on front, back, left, right, chest and on sleeves. There are so many different designs for sweatshirts like;
·         Embroided fonts
·         Text
·         Textures
·         Graphics
·         Cartoon character
·         Line arts
·         Abstract art etc
There are different types of sweatshirts available in the market.
·         Zipper hooded sweatshirt: it contains 80% cotton and 20% polyester with zipper hoodie.
·         Ladies Zipper hooded sweatshirts: these sweatshirts are quite softer than basic zipper hooded contains 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

Weightage of the fabric is considered as the key factor for any good product when we are talking about fabric stuff. Custom embroidery can be easily and finely added to the stuff that is high in density and tightly knitted in horizontal direction.
There are two kinds of fabric blends used in sweatshirts. One is mechanical and the second one is intimate. Different kind of fabrics are blended to form new one is mechanical and one kind of yarn is blended itself and it makes intimate fabric. Most of the people like to wear bigger sweatshirts. Talking about custom embroidery on sweatshirts there are some points that must be considered when you go to market for buying such sweatshirts.
Color:
The color of fabric should be checked well before buying whether it is fast or not. Then check out the color of the embroided thread. Combination should be considered well, what sort of combinations are there, it looks good or not. Embroidery is well knitted; sometimes there is low quality stitched embroidery which has exploited thread. Design is properly sewn on to the fabric or not. All these things should be noticed well before purchasing it.
Thread:
Another factor for embroided shirts are thread. Use of high quality of thread keeps your shirts long lasting.
Text:
If you choose shirt with text embroided on it, do consider what text, it is written there and to whom it belongs. Is it making fun of someone or any community? So do avoid such shirts.
Sleeves:
There is design knitted on sleeves as well. Some make tattoos on it and some of shirts have patterns or textures.
